This course is designed to introduce mine geotechnical engineers to basic mine seismology concepts and their application in mining. Geotechnical engineers who work on medium to high risk seismic mines would benefit most from this course.

The mXrap team looks forward to hosting a highly interactive and informative mXrap users' training in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Our leading underground geotechnical and software engineers will show users the basics of how to use the mXrap software, along with the use of some of the apps available with the software (both seismic and non-seismic).

This course is specifically structured for those requiring further knowledge and training on the gathering and management of geotechnical data and the interpretation and best use in underground mining operations.

Deep Mining 2027 is an international conference which provides a forum for industry and academia to come together and share research, experience and knowledge on best practice in deep and high stress underground mining.
